Rear bite on a dirt track car

If your car isn't handeling it will always feel like it needs toe-in when running dirt oval. Since your running spiked tires instead of foams you may always need some toe-in, but try to run as little as possable, you will always be faster and turn in harder, carrying more speed.
At the same time, it unloads the rear tires, especially the inside tire, causing it to lift off the ground. The result is more bite up front and less at the rear, which helps corner-entry, allowing to keep good speed, but reduces traction (and acceleration). Of course, a fully unloaded caster has the exact opposite effect.

To help the car turn through rear steer you can run the RR trailing arm uphill a 1/2"- 1" at the front. As the car rolls the RR trailing arm will push the rear end housing back on that side. The uphill RR trailing arm adds anti-squat to the car which helps forward bite under acceleration so I like to run some uphill angle in the RR trailing ...
